Wellness Rhythms Launches Spinal Health Month On International Women’s Day
International Women’s Day on March 8th is a global day celebrating the economic, political and social achievements of women past, present and future. This is also a day to honor the women in your life!
This year’s International Women’s Day celebration is focused on work — and making sure women across the world have access to the training and technology necessary to be a part of the global economy.
In 1908 approximately 15,000 women marched through New York City demanding shorter hours, better pay and voting rights. Quite a feat given there was no Twitter, Facebook or internet!
By 1909 in accordance with a declaration by the Socialist Party of America, the first National Woman’s Day (NWD) was observed across the United States on February 28th. Women continued celebrating NWD on the 4th Sunday of February until 1913.

Ever thought you’d like to explore meditation and its benefits of relaxation, clarity and equanimity? Have you ever wondered how to get started? Well if you have this class is for you!!!
You’ll learn some of the basics of Mindfulness Meditation in a safe, supportive environment.
Prerequisites: No previous experience necessary.
Description: This special exercise guides you through an exploration of how Sounds (Hear Out) affect the Body (Feel Out & Feel In) – and then leads you to an experiential understanding of how our Internal Talk (Hear In) affects us emotionally (Feel In) – both above & below the normal level of awareness – often driving & distorting our perceptions & behavior.
This could be called an ‘introduction’ to this relationship or a ‘deepening of awareness’ into how Internal Talk & Emotions affect each other and our moment-to-moment experience in life – often consciously and unconsciously – with the purpose of creating more freedom and ease as we apply sensory clarity, equanimity & concentration to this experience.
Leader: Stephanie Nash teaches meditation classes, retreats, and private sessions (in person & over the phone) integrating the teachings of Shinzen Young. The format is instructional, with meditation and Q&A.
Mindfulness Meditation has helped become more focused, more calm, peaceful while deeply connecting with myself and others. Dr. Jeffrey Parham.

Comments by Dr. Jeffrey Parham: I like learning about and sharing new ways of increasing brain power, health and wellness. I think Superbrain Yoga goes well with Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) given NSA improves brain computing power too! Superbrain Yoga® is a simple and effective technique to energize and recharge the brain. It is based on the principles of subtle energy and ear acupuncture. This powerful technique is explained in Master Choa Kok Sui’s latest book Superbrain Yoga®. Pilot studies on the effects of Superbrain Yoga® on school children include children with disabilities such as ADHD/ADD, developmental and cognitive delays, Down syndrome and specific learning disabilities. Children studied showed significant increase in academic and behavioral performance, greater class participation and improved social skills. In one study, the result of an electroencephalograph showed increased amplitude in the parieto-occipital region of the brain following the Superbrain Yoga®. This indicates increased brain electrical activity following the exercise. More studies on the effects of Superbrain Yoga® are being conducted.
The cumulative effects of my sessions with Dr. Jeffrey Parham and Network Chiropractic have brought me to a place from which I see the potential of this work more clearly. I’m finally feeling energy move within my body; whereas I’ve spent much of my life disconnected with my body, breath and emotions.
I’d worked out as much as I could intellectually, but KNEW there was much more potential to my movement and success. How to tap into that became my journey…Beyond my mind, my body has made connections and relaxed…My posture is improving and the freedom of not worrying about understanding the process of HOW has enabled huge growth…I fully know that this work is bettering my health mentally, physically, emotionally and that there is no distinction, but one wellness.
Why I came to Wellness Rhythms: I had been receiving chiropractic treatment for many years. My body had begun to hurt. My daughter suggested I try Network chiropractic when I moved to Denver. Since I was in my Mid-80’s, I doubted that I could get results. To my surprise after less than 2 months […]
I’m Thankful For My Chiropractor In Denver Hi, I am Susan. I just wanted to share the effects that I’ve had working with Doctor Jeffrey at Wellness Rhythms Chiropractic. I used to have some back pain. My right shoulder rotator cuff was always the issue and I really don’t have those issues anymore. I have […]
Why I came to Wellness Rhythms: I came to Wellness Rhythms because my sister and mother had nothing but good things to say about Network Chiropractic. I had also been to about 5 different chiropractors and never really felt like I was ever truly improving, but just maintaining. I was looking for a more holistic […]
