A Simple Way To Ease Stress
Welcome to this week’s Health and Lifestyle Tip. This week’s topic is about stress and I’ll show you in this short video a simple way to ease stress.
Most of us take breath for granted, which is kind of interesting given that we take about 17,000 breaths a day. That’s oxygen used to nourish the body, including over 100 billion cells in the brain alone.
Often, when stressed out we’ll start to breath in and out the nose. You probably all have seen that cartoon with the bull breathing like that, and what that does, it actually brings up our life force energy or our Chi.
Now, if we’re already stressed that breath pattern can increase our stress even more. So if we can check in to see how we’re breathing, especially when we’re feeling stressed or trying to get a lot done, the breath pattern that will help reduce stress is in the nose and out the mouth. It’s a very calming and relaxing breath.
Let’s breathe in the nose and out the mouth. Right away you’ll probably notice that you’re staring to feel calmer.
I hope that that’s been helpful for you and the next time you get stressed take a moment to breath in your nose and out your mouth, I’ll think you’ll notice a big difference.
I hope you find today’s heath tip beneficial and if you do, just scroll right down and leave a comment about your thoughts.
