Valentine’s Day, known as a day for lovers, dates back to the Middle Ages. I suggest Valentine’s Day is also a day to feel love for yourself. When we feel love for our self, there is increased love and kindness to share with others.
I invite you to take a moment to feel love for yourself. One way to do that is with this affirmation:
“Love heals me. I center my thoughts on love and forgiveness, for myself and others.”
~ Louise L. Hay
Feeling and sharing love is healing or as Dr. BJ Palmer said “We never know how far reaching something we may think, say, or do today will effect the lives of millions tomorrow.”
With love and appreciation,

Emerging research suggests participation in a mindfulness meditation program appears to make measurable changes in brain regions associated with memory, sense of self, empathy and stress.
Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) investigators said the changes occurred after a relatively brief intervention of eight weeks; their findings are reported in an upcoming issue of Psychiatry Research: Neuroimaging.
The discovery is the first to document meditation-produced changes over time in the brain’s grey matter.

What better way is there to express your passion for something than with music, especially in the form of a rap? Shot on location in Somerset, the Yeo Valley farmers “cooked a rap video” rapping not about their bling, girls and fast cars but instead their cows, tractors and wax jackets — matters a little bit closer to home. The Yeo Valley way of life is about living in harmony. I’m going for a glass of milk. Cheers!
There is a great debate currently unfolding in the U.S., and it centered on the link between childhood vaccines and the development of Autism. Many scientists and drug companies (who make the vaccines) claim that vaccines do not cause Autism in children. In stark counterpoint, many consumer organizations claim to have solid evidence that vaccines do indeed cause Autism in children. According to a spokesperson for the National Vaccine Information Center, the rise in Autism cases can be directly correlated to the increased number of vaccines given to our children.

For lower back pain and hip pain, I sought help for 7 yrs. receiving diagnosis of loose ligaments and hip slipping. I tried physiotherapy, traditional adjustments and pain killers, but the fix was always temporary and the pain kept coming back.
Before coming to Wellness Rhythms, I had prayed the night before for a modality of healing that would truly allow me to move through a lower back/hip issue that kept recurring in my life. I went to church and a woman behind me struck up a conversation about the pillow I had brought for pain. She told me about Network Care and I immediately called Denver Chiropractor Dr. Jeffrey Parham to make an appointment.

I came for Network Chiropractic because the regular chiropractic care I was getting was not correcting the spinal imbalance permanently. I felt I had trauma trapped in my body from a major accident I had. And until I could release this trauma, I was stuck with chronic back pain and tension. The results have been amazing.
Why I came to Wellness Rhythms: I had been receiving chiropractic treatment for many years. My body had begun to hurt. My daughter suggested I try Network chiropractic when I moved to Denver. Since I was in my Mid-80’s, I doubted that I could get results. To my surprise after less than 2 months […]
I’m Thankful For My Chiropractor In Denver Hi, I am Susan. I just wanted to share the effects that I’ve had working with Doctor Jeffrey at Wellness Rhythms Chiropractic. Why I came to Wellness Rhythms: I came to Wellness Rhythms because my sister and mother had nothing but good things to say about Network Chiropractic. I had also been to about 5 different chiropractors and never really felt like I was ever truly improving, but just maintaining. I was looking for a more holistic […]
