When I came to the office I was having hot flashes, decreased energy and acid reflux so bad I couldn't even sleep through the night. I kept a bottle of Pepcid Complete on the night stand next to my bed! As if that wasn't enough my body was full of tension and stress. Now just three weeks later the hot flashes and acid reflux are gone and I can sleep deep all night long. My energy levels are up and I have the ability to recognize the feeling of tension and use my breath to reduce stress and tension. Overall I'm a lot more relaxed and feel much better!

I've had anxiety problems for the last 15 years. My body would be sent into a tailspin of difficulty breathing, dizziness, rapid heartbeat and heart palpitations just from one little anxious thought.
